These terms govern the use of rosemediahouse.in and the services Rose Media House provides. Engaging us for work means accepting them, alongside whatever proposal or quotation we agree with you specifically.
Rose Media House provides marketing and digital presence services, which may include photography, video production, graphic design, social media management, website development, search optimisation, paid advertising, and AI discoverability work (AEO and GEO). The exact scope of any engagement is set out in the proposal we agree with you, which takes precedence over any general description on this website.
Nothing on this website is a binding offer. Prices shown are indicative and subject to a written quotation for your specific requirements. A quotation is valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
Unless your proposal says otherwise, retainer work is invoiced monthly in advance and project work in agreed instalments. Invoices are payable within 15 days. We may pause work on overdue accounts after giving you notice. Third-party costs — advertising spend, stock media, hosting, domain fees — are billed at cost and are separate from our fees.
To do our work we need timely input from you: approvals, access to accounts and premises, brand material, and factual information about your business. Delays in these move delivery dates accordingly. You confirm that anything you supply us — logos, images, text, credentials, testimonials — is yours to supply and does not infringe anyone else's rights.
If you are a healthcare professional, you remain responsible for ensuring that any claim we publish on your behalf complies with the advertising rules of your medical council and any applicable regulation. We will flag anything that looks non-compliant, but we cannot advise you on it.
Final deliverables that you have paid for in full become yours. We retain ownership of our working files, internal templates, processes and methods, including the systems underlying the AI Presence Listing Suite. We may show finished work in our portfolio and case studies unless you ask us in writing not to.
We commit to the work described in your proposal, executed competently and on schedule. We do not guarantee specific outcomes — rankings, enquiry volume, follower counts, or placement within any AI assistant's answers. Search engines, social platforms and AI models are third-party systems that change their behaviour without notice and are outside our control. Any figures we discuss are expectations based on past work, not promises.
Each of us will keep the other's non-public business information confidential and use it only for the engagement. This survives the end of the engagement.
Either of us may end a retainer with 30 days' written notice. You remain liable for work performed and third-party costs committed up to the end of the notice period. On termination we will hand over final deliverables you have paid for and transfer any accounts we created on your behalf.
To the extent the law allows, our total liability arising from an engagement is limited to the fees you paid us for it in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits, lost data, or loss of business opportunity. Nothing here limits liability for fraud or for anything that cannot lawfully be limited.
Our work often runs on platforms we do not control — Google, Meta, Instagram, YouTube, WhatsApp, OpenAI and others. Their terms apply to your accounts, and we are not responsible for their outages, policy changes, account suspensions, or pricing.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Hyderabad, Telangana have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute. We will both attempt to resolve any disagreement in good faith before starting proceedings.
We may update these terms. The version in force for your engagement is the one published when your proposal was signed, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
