When you submit the enquiry form on this site, we collect:

• Your name, so we can address you properly.
• Your email address and mobile number, so we can reply.
• Your business type, so we can prepare a relevant response.
• Your message, if you write one.
• Your IP address, recorded automatically with the submission. We use it only to limit automated spam.

We do not ask for and do not want financial information, government identifiers, or health information through this website. Please do not include such details in the message field.

Why we use it

We use the information above solely to respond to your enquiry and, if you become a client, to deliver the services you engage us for. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising to third parties.

Analytics and cookies

If analytics is enabled on this site, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors find and move through the site — for example, which pages are read and which channel brought you here. This uses cookies and processes a truncated version of your IP address. It tells us about traffic patterns, not about you personally.

You can block this at any time using your browser's cookie settings or Google's opt-out add-on. Blocking it does not affect your ability to use the site or to contact us.

Who else sees your data

Your enquiry is stored on our web hosting infrastructure (Hostinger) and emailed to our own mailbox. Beyond our hosting and email providers, and Google Analytics as described above, we do not share your data with anyone. We may disclose information if we are legally required to.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are retained for up to 24 months so we can maintain continuity of conversation, after which they are deleted. If you become a client, project records are kept for as long as the engagement lasts plus any period required for tax and accounting purposes. You can ask us to delete your enquiry sooner at any time.

How we protect it

The site is served over HTTPS. Enquiries are stored in an access-controlled database, submissions are rate-limited to resist automated abuse, and internal error details are never exposed publicly. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures appropriate to the sensitivity of what we hold.

Your rights

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you have the right to:

• Ask what personal data of yours we hold and how it is being used.
• Ask us to correct data that is inaccurate or incomplete.
• Ask us to erase your data where we no longer need it.
• Withdraw your consent to our holding it.
• Nominate another person to exercise these rights on your behalf.
• Raise a grievance with us, and escalate to the Data Protection Board of India if you are not satisfied with our response.
